Free mock-ups

Mock-ups are free and without obligation. Designs we create remain ours until you buy a build.

Builds

Build prices are once-off and quoted in South African rand. Brightline is not VAT registered To confirm. Payment terms (for example a deposit before work starts) are confirmed in your written quote To confirm. Launch “in 7 days” runs from when you approve the design and supply your content.

Care plans

Care plans are billed monthly. We suggest a 12-month minimum term To confirm. “Small changes” means text, photo, price or opening-hours updates that take under about 30 minutes To confirm.

Ownership

Once paid in full, the website content and domain belong to you. On request we hand over your files and domain.

Third-party costs

Ad spend, domain registration fees, and paid plugins are not included unless stated.

Liability

We take care to keep sites online and secure but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or specific search rankings or ad results.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
